How will I know if my order has been submitted successfully?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order at This confirms that your order has been received and is being processed. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your "junk" or "spam" folder in case the email was filtered by your Internet service provider. To ensure delivery of your order confirmation, please add to your address book.

If you do not receive your email confirmation and it is not in your junk mail folder, please contact us immediately at 1-800-922-2887 to ensure that the order was submitted successfully.

How will I know if my order has been delivered?

We work with thousands of florists nationwide to ensure your order is fulfilled on time. Unfortunately, we are not automatically alerted once a florist has delivered your order. For an update on your order, please contact customer care at , or call us at 1-800-922-2887.

Can my order be changed or cancelled once it has been placed?

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will be happy to make changes to your order. During floral holidays we require all changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date. Please submit all changes/cancellation requests to , or call us at 1-800-922-2887.

Can I customize my order?

The products on our website may be slightly modified by request, but cannot be guaranteed. For example, if the product you select has pink roses and you prefer red roses, you may add this modification in the "special instructions" field in checkout. The fulfilling florist will try to match your request as closely as possible, but custom requests cannot be guaranteed.

What payment types to you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged on the day of purchase.


Do you provide same-day delivery?

Absolutely! Most of our floral gifts are fulfilled by a florist, so if your order is placed by noon in the recipient's time zone, your order will be delivered that very day (unless you specify otherwise). If you place the order after noon, the first available delivery date is the following day.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

We deliver on Sundays in the Phoenix Metro area only.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we are capable of fulfilling your order to Canada and abroad, however this service is available by PHONE only. Please call 1-800-922-2887 to place your international order.

What is your delivery charge?

We charge a service fee of $17.99 for most domestic orders being fulfilled by a florist. For areas on the far points of the Phoenix Valley, the delivery charge is increased to $17.99 for additional labor and fuel incurred. These areas include zip codes 85387, 85374, 85340, 85307, 85353, 85239, 85249, 85297, 85242, 85219, 85268, 85264, 85263, 85377, and 85086. International orders have a $17.99 service fee. The service fee covers the charges for processing the order and the delivery of the item.

Will my arrangement look just like the picture?

In some instances, the florists photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which can affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

What is a "service fee"?

We charge an $17.99 service fee for each floral gift order. This charge covers the fees for processing the order and the delivery of the item.
