Though Cactus Flower has been a family-owned florist serving the Phoenix Valley since 1972, the Carefree location just opened its doors in 2011.

The Carefree shop offers Happy Hour on Fridays (50% off all fresh flowers), as well as $10 Fresh Ten specials that change monthly.
